3. Payments & Refunds

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability
Ankerative shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
